Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our
digital presence and drive customer engagement. In this role, you will plan, execute, and
monitor impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, playing a vital part in
shaping our ad and communications strategy. Your efforts will be central to increasing
customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty by delivering targeted, data-driven
marketing experiences.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all digital
touchpoints, optimising performance metrics to continuously improve campaign
effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for digital
marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment to
help drive Mighty Jaxx forward.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring
- Develop and manage campaign briefs, working closely with our Creative team and
Content Strategy Development
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign goals and
all digital channels.
Collaborative Campaign Development
- Collaborate with Creative, Technology and Business Intelligence teams to define,
- Create ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, and other assets with support from
Paid Media & Budget Management
- Partner with internal teams to develop integrated paid media strategies, outlining
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient pacing against targets.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse performance metrics across digital channels to inform marketing decisions
- Continuously improve processes to ensure best practices and efficiency in
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Conduct data analysis to track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROAS.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to provide insights into key
Traffic&Conversion Optimisation
- Lead the development of in-market digital marketing plans aligned with our global

Requirements
- Prior digital marketing experience, especially in the areas of: crafting content
marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and
- Demonstrated experience in building and optimising multiple simultaneous
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
