Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our
digital presence and drive customer engagement. In this role, you will plan, execute, and
monitor impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, playing a vital part in
shaping our ad and communications strategy. Your efforts will be central to increasing
customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty by delivering targeted, data-driven
marketing experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all digital
touchpoints, optimising performance metrics to continuously improve campaign
effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for digital
marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment to
help drive Mighty Jaxx forward.



Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring
consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Develop and manage campaign briefs, working closely with our Creative team and
external partners to bring campaigns to life.

Content Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign goals and
resonate with target audiences, supporting lead acquisition and engagement across
all digital channels.

Collaborative Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with Creative, Technology and Business Intelligence teams to define,
develop, and implement integrated digital campaign strategies.
  • Create ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, and other assets with support from
local market teams.

Paid Media & Budget Management

  • Partner with internal teams to develop integrated paid media strategies, outlining
key themes and messaging.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient pacing against targets.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Analyse performance metrics across digital channels to inform marketing decisions
and enhance lead acquisition and activation strategies.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure best practices and efficiency in
campaign management and lead generation.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct data analysis to track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROAS.
Regularly benchmark and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign
outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to provide insights into key
initiatives and business results.

Traffic&Conversion Optimisation

  • Lead the development of in-market digital marketing plans aligned with our global
strategy, focusing on driving traffic to Mightyjaxx.com and increasing app
downloads.

Requirements

  • Prior digital marketing experience, especially in the areas of: crafting content
strategy, driving digital campaigns, post-campaign analytics reporting and paid
marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and
pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and optimising multiple simultaneous
marketing campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
