Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documentation.
Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
  • Ability to analyze data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
