The APAC OTR Fulfillment Leader is responsible for leading the revenue flightpath and customer backlog execution of assigned Operating Company Business Unit (modality) in APAC. This position is pivotal in ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders, meeting monthly revenue targets, and maintaining alignment with organizational growth objectives.

This position reports to the Director, APAC OTR Fulfillment and is part of the APAC OTR Fulfillment Team located spread across Australia, India, Japan, Korea and Singapore and will be an on-site role to cover APAC region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: :

• Lead and manage revenue flight path and customer backlog execution for responsible Operating Company Business Unit according to standard work, ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved and sales forecast accuracy deviations are minimized to support accurate sales forecasting and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global and region’s Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Commercial teams including senior leadership across to provide insight into supply risks, opportunities, and revenue flight path visibility, ensuring that core growth targets are met.
• Act as a key point of support for managing supply constraints, delivery escalations, and bottleneck management (allocation) related to customer order fulfillment and revenue flight management, working cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on optimizing revenue flight path process, and customer backlog management processes and On Time Delivery.

The essential requirements of the job include: :

• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, revenue flight path management, supply chain operations, or fulfillment roles within a complex multinational organization.
• Proven track record in revenue flight path management and customer backlog management, with a strong understanding of how these processes drive core business growth.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, supply planning and distribution logistics processes and how they affect order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in working across functional teams, including Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain Operations to resolve challenges as to achieve company revenue goals.
• Proficiency in English is required, with Japanese language proficiency preferred to facilitate professional communication in both languages

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Working in life sciences or biotechnology industries, with a focus on managing revenue growth through effective revenue flight path management and customer backorder management.
• Experience with Oracle and BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI, with the ability to not only use these tools but also think critically about processes and analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
