Overall in charge of the Central Kitchen. To contribute to the successful operation, maintenance, and constant improvement of central kitchen production to achieve target.

· Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring efficient production processes and cleanliness of the kitchen.

· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of food products.

· Production planning to manage stock levels to avoid waste and ensure stock availability to support operations.

· Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of food products to outlets.

· Coordinate maintenance or repairs of kitchen equipment as needed.

· Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

· Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Organize staff schedules and assign tasks. Evaluate performance and resolve any team issues.

· Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

· Oversee inventory levels, order ingredients, and conduct random checks on incoming raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

· Prepare and manage the central kitchen’s budget, including labour, supplies, and equipment costs.

· Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
