Receive and verify cash bags collected by couriers, ensuring quantities match Trust Receipts
Sort, pack, and seal cash bags for delivery to designated banks
Issue and maintain manifests and Trust Receipts
Coordinate with couriers for bank deposits
Manage cash float exchange, including packing, receiving, and banking
Generate detailed reports on all cash transactions, including bags received and issued
Maintain accurate records of float funds and conduct regular stock counts
Assist in issuing consumables to customers
Record and track the quantity of consumables in and out of the vault
Participate in periodic stocktaking of cash and consumables
Assist in issuing consumables to customers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Working hours:
10.00am to 8.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
10.00am to 7.00pm (Friday)
2.00pm to 6.00pm (Saturday, only when required)
