The National University of Singapore (NUS), Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHPH)’s Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) Unit is looking for callers to provide concierge service to potential research participants for its long-term health study. This position is for those who wants to work from home.

make outbound calls and send messages to potentially eligible participants who have signed up their interest to join the research study.
inform the potential participant about the study purpose, procedures and risks.
address any questions and screen the participant’s eligibility to participate.
book appointment for those screened eligible for the study site visit and send any necessary pre-visit information.
audio-record all calls and submit the files for quality control checks.

REQUIREMENTS

Comfortable with audio-recording of all calls
Proficient at using tablet for purposes of the job above. A tablet will be provided for calling, access to the listings and for recording of all contact attempts and appointment bookings.
Familiar with using Zoom to make and record calls.
Only those who can commit at least 6 months, 24 hours per week, calling in the afternoons, evenings and weekends need apply.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend 2 half-day training sessions at NUS, which include an assessment of competency.

Those who passed the assessment will be offered a Contract FOR Service for up to 1 year (i.e. no CPF, no medical benefits, no allowance).

Payment is given monthly, hourly-rated with bonus for successful recruitments.
