Job
Responsibilities:
• Conduct
household visits when needed
• Conduct
Household interviews by phone
• Ensure
that KPIs and service levels are met consistently
• Conduct
data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability
of data
• Data
entry and administrative work (eg: system entry)
• Ensure
emails are attended and replied
• Status
update report to supervisor
• Ensure
highest level of customer experience
• Any
other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
GCE A Levels and above
Singaporean
2 years and above of customer
service experience
