How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
As a Customer Service Solutions Officer, you will be responsible to deliver quality customer service on meeting specific customers' requirements on invoicing and invoice submission deadlines to support Air Liquide Singapore collection goals.
Job Description
To handle and manage customers' specific requirements for invoice submission:
- Print invoices, debit notes and credit notes from system daily, weekly and monthly for dispatch to customers.
- Submit invoices based on customers' specific requirements to facilitate payment.
- Enter invoice data in various customers' web portals for submission of e-invoices.
Handle customers enquiries and requests relating to invoices:
- Handle customers enquiries and requests and resolve invoice discrepancies to facilitate company's collection goal is met.
- Identify reasons for wrong invoicing and propose corrective actions to reduce number of credit notes.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues.
Perform cylinder reconciliation:
- Compile and consolidate the cylinder holdings of customers' various distribution points to provide accurate report for reconciliation against stock count results and rental invoices.
- Liaise with various stakeholders and perform cylinder holding adjustments or bill for lost cylinders if required.
- Raise ADO to adjust cylinder holding based on stock count results
Other duties:
- Sort and compile DO images to Iron Mountain for DO to be imaged for our uploading in Gideons system.
- Follow-up on system UAT and system related issues.
- Manage and maintenance of e-mail address for sending of e-statements and e-invoices to customers.
- Support various ROC/Commercial/Operations collaborated projects eg. CFD implementation, e-invoice conversion and etc.
- Update customers feedback in BAR+360 CFD
- Participate in annual stock count.
- Provide back up for dept colleague during absence.
- To perform any other duties as & when required of you by the company that such duties are relevant to your grade and within your capacity to perform.
