Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator / Administrative Assistant at POH SENG ENTERPRISES PTE LTD located in Tuas. The role involves handling administrative tasks, providing customer support, coordinating office activities, and assisting with daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers at frontline and all phone calls received.

  • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.

  • Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised / required by customers.

  • Process job cards, prepare quotation, DO and invoices, ensure all repair works are bill accordingly.

  • Check and data entry for the supplier invoices.

  • Any other ad hoc duty as required or assigned by supervisor / superior.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
