Technical Executive / Senior Technical Executive (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

• • Assist in planning, design and prepare the Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings’ drawings for tender (These services include sanitary, plumbing and gas, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, integrated building management system, fire protection systems, RETV, etc.).
  • Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
  • Prepare all Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).

Job Requirements:

• • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Mechanical building services in consultancy firm.
  • Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software application.
  • Have a good understand of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office application.
