Assistant Management Executive (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Data Management
- Maintain vessel and volume records
- Update and prepare operational reports
HR and General Administrative Matters
- Maintain and update personnel records
- Handle applications and renewals of Employment Pass (EP)/Dependent Pass (DP) & PSA Pass
- Prepare and arrange business travel logistics
- Process reimbursement claims
General Office and Facility Management
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Arrange courier services and manage contract filing systems.
- Serve as Secretary to the General Manager, handling meeting coordination and correspondence.
- Oversee office maintenance needs, including sanitation and repairs.
- Manage office purchases, including stationery and pantry supplies.

Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to multi-task and work as a team player
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
