Our Partnerships Team, based here in our Singapore HQ, is responsible for driving brand awareness through strategic collaborations with brands, influencers and partners in Singapore, Australia, and the United States. As our Influencer Partnerships Intern, you will assist in developing and executing various marketing strategies and campaigns with influencers across the 3 markets we are in, and your responsibilities are as per below.

This internship requires a full-time commitment for a minimum of 3 months or part-time for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Execute various marketing initiatives to partner up with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube influencers across US, AU and SG markets.
  • Brainstorm and suggest content ideas for influencer partnerships across key markets.
  • Creatively assist the development of compelling content with influencers to build brand awareness and brand love towards Castlery across key markets.
  • Identify and actively reach out to prospective influencers across US, AU and SG markets that are aligned with the Castlery brand.
  • Respond to any inbound enquiries from influencers in a timely manner and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Assist with monthly reports.
  • Any other job duties or ad-hoc projects that are pertaining to the scope within the Partnerships team.

Requirements

  • Undergraduates or graduates majoring in Marketing/Communications or related fields.
  • A strong knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • A strong command in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to take ownership of work, and project manage multiple timelines concurrently.
  • Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months or part-time for a minimum of 6 months.
