  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International Pte Ltd (RtM International) is the global headquarters for the Metals and Mineral Resources Trading business of Mitsubishi Corporation.Job DescriptionPurpose of roleTo provide assistance to the members of the Legal & Compliance Department (e.g., file organization, compiling legal documents, preparing legal presentation decks, infographics and seminars) and general research capabilities on legal queries and seminar topics, basic review of standard agreements (e.g., NDAs, Internal Service Agreements, MOUs, etc.) compiling results on LCSC led surveys, assist on LCSC led projects.Internship Responsibilities * Legal Research (25%) - research on various legal topics and preparing research summaries
  • Seminars and Training (25%) - Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and infographics for legal and compliance seminars
  • Legal Compliance and Administration (10%) - Assist in organization of legal and compliance database and template forms and folders
  • Screening Administration (15%) - Assist in organizing and updating of screening lists and application lists under the legal and compliance purview
  • Legal Analysis and Review ( 25%) - Assist in various other matters handled by Legal and Compliance, including preparing first draft advices, preliminary contract review, cleaning up template drafts etc and any other ad hoc projects
Knowledge and Experience
  • Pursuing law degree
  • Commodities background exposure
  • work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Suite programs and Power Automate
