Job Scope:
Collect and process customer orders accurately, ensuring proper consolidation and timely fulfillment
Manage order cancellations and returns as per customer requests or policy guidelines
Ensure all orders are prepared, packed, and organized in a presentable manner, ready for delivery or customer pickup
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including order collections, stock counts, and any discrepancies or adjustments made
Requirement:
- GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / order processing experience
- Strong team player and ability to work well independently
- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage

- Timing: 10am-10pm / 10pm-10am
