  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all below-wing loading and unloading activities, the responsibilities include:

Coordinating with the Ramp Control Centre, gate staff, baggage unit, load control, tow tug operator, and Pilot-in-Command (PIC) using a walkie talkie or company phone.
Ensuring aircraft safety by adhering to the Load Instruction Report (LIR) and Flight Load Data (FLD) for accurate weight and loading compliance.
Efficiently managing manpower to handle aircraft within Precision Time Sequence (PTS) for arrivals and departures.
Cross-training for passenger load bridges (PLB) docking and headset duties for arriving and departing aircraft.
Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for multiple airlines during arrival and departure procedures.
Communicating clearly and effectively in English with the PIC and other POCs as required during duty.
