Responsibilities:

Address taxpayer inquiries on a variety of tax types, including Individual Income Tax and Property Tax, through the helpline.
Actively promote and guide taxpayers in the use of our e-Services and chatbot for efficient, self-service assistance.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on e-Filing procedures and advise on filing deadlines, payment obligations, and related tax matters.
Ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries, aiming to enhance taxpayer understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and patient manner.
