5.5 days
Monday - Friday ; Saturday
8.30am - 6pm ; 8.30am - 1pm
Location: Islandewide
Job Scope:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks across Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building, and General Repairs.
Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for M&E works, air conditioning, or building infrastructure.
Conduct facility or building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Promptly address defects and customer complaints, responding efficiently to fault reports, client requests, and breakdowns.
Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities and systems to ensure smooth operations, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Perform preventive inspections and troubleshoot M&E systems.
Record and inform the supervisor of any faults or issues found during routine checks.
Complete any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
