Job Scope:
•Provide supports to Team Manager supervising team of officers performing transactional task
in SAP as per predefined processes, compliance to the operational and administrative
functions
• Maintain professional conduct in line with the company’s policies and procedures at all time
• Manage complex post-sales order request, conduct investigation on issues or feedback,
ensuring prompt resolution
• Monitor open orders or services with no valid sales orders
• Perform credit checks and manage debt collection activities
• Report and alert any potential sign of customer default and apply appropriate actions to
minimize bad debt
• Conduct aged overdue account review with HOD and follow up with review actions.
• Participate in project management and to undertake feasibility studies
• Attend to auditors’ queries
• Execute user acceptance testing and data migration assignment
• Gather regular quantitative and qualitative feedback for continuous improvement.
• Generate reports upon request
Requirements:
• Experienced in project management and data migration
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Result driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work long hours during peak period when required
