RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their meal
Responsible for welcoming of guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.
Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior to their arrival
Oversee reservations and financial transactions
Actively listen to and resolve complaints
Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
Coordinate and manage communication between customers and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
Educate customers on the menu and specials of the day
Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports
Analyze customer feedback from customers and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
Establish friendly relationships with regular diners
Be familiar with menu, promotions and service procedures.
Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.

To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the restaurants events.
