Liberty Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to our customers, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency.
Salary: Up to $2,800
5 Days Work Week from 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour break)
Job Descriptions:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes
Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee counter, including the bar area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines
Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning
Requirements:
5 day work week, 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour break)
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred.
