Job Description
Oversee department sales and profitability.
Manage inventory levels and stock turnover.
Plan and drive sales.
Create weekly rosters and manage SPLH.
Train and develop team members.
Maintain high standards in ticketing, displays, housekeeping, hygiene, stock rotation and replenishment.
Other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
Willing to work a 6-day week rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Able to stand for long hours and interacting with customers
Able to lift 10-15 kg
