Submit verified records to SG HR Payroll Executive
Address discrepancies in the excel file that will be shared to the SG Operations Supervisor/Manager.
Invoice Processing:
Process invoice report and Employment Details sent by SG HR Executive
Submit processed files to SG Finance
Benefits Tracking:
Process and approve employee medical and dental benefits claims.
Check that invoices match claims and manage the reimbursement process.
Remind employees of claims exceeding capped amount
Coordinate with SG HR Manager for Tracking File for WICA
CV Screening:
Liaise with Talent Acquisition (Singapore) on vacancies in Singapore
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (Vietnam) to post job descriptions on job portals
Screen CVs, discuss candidates’ experiences and expectations, and provide job scope
Work directly with Talent Acquisition (Singapore) for further recruitment steps.
General HR Support:
Provide support for various HR functions and handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the SG HR team.
Requirements
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills liaise with SG HR Team
Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee information with sensitivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
