JOB DESCRIPTION
Process new and renewal applications
Screen applicants and businesses for new and renewal applications
Assess if applicants/ applications meet criteria
Manage telephone hotline
Make outgoing calls in response to callers who leave call-back requests
Direct calls to relevant departments
Provide customer service/ assistance
Project professional image to callers and provide relevant information to their enquiries
Ensure information received are immediately conveyed to the respective departments for follow up
Other clerical support tasks as required
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)
8:15am to 5:45pm / 8:30am to 6pm
WORKING LOCATION:
Outram / Chinatown
REQUIREMENTS:
Min GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
Min 2 year’s experience in application processing/ related administrative work, hotline operations/ call centre and/or uniformed services preferred
Able to converse in English and one other language
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Experience in software applications and email management, advantageous
Good attendance and punctuality
