Job Role: Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen, leading a specific section and ensuring the high standards of food preparation and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and creativity in our modern Italian dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your section (e.g. grill, pasta, or desserts)
Maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety standards
Ensure the consistent quality of dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the kitchen management
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in the kitchen, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and various cooking techniques
Passion for Italian cuisine and a keen eye for detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
