Responsibilities
Content Development & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media content tha aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a content calendar (atleast 3 posts per week) on individual Tiktok.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling visuals and copy.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics and native insights. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients.
Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits.
Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
Other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
