Job Responsibilities

Campaign Support

  • Executing cross-channel campaigns based on the overall strategy to acquire the right customers, engage them with relevant content and convert them. Channels may include search, programmatic display, youtube, social, email and strategic 3rd party partners
  • Coordinating campaign launch to ensure all timelines are met by working with all relevant parties internally and externally (agencies, stakeholders, creative team, content team etc.)
  • Ensuring all digital touchpoints adhere to best practices while maintaining good experience across the consumer journey
  • Conducting research on audiences, best practices, competitors, latest marketing technologies etc. to inform campaign direction to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
  • Working with external agencies to execute, manage, optimize, report and analyze campaigns to ensure seamless execution leading to optimized performance

Marketing Optimization

  • Supporting initiatives on traffic acquisition to company website and other relevant MBS properties to drive engagement and conversions as well as other campaign related targets across all business units in all key markets
  • Optimizing KPIs through data driven marketing
  • Supporting test & learn initiatives for creatives and media strategies / approaches to further improve messaging and delivery
  • Ensuring seamless and personalized end-to-end consumer journey to inspire our target audience to make quicker decisions, leading to conversions

Analytics

  • Coordinating and supporting regular reporting and channel performance analysis
  • Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to identify insights that can improve future campaign performance
  • Identifying various data sources and extracting this information for analysis to put together consolidated findings for further optimizations
  • Assist in website tagging as it relates to campaign setup and tracking maintenance

Marketing Operations

  • Manage and coordinate operational requests to ensure smooth and seamless user journey on digital touchpoints like email, MBS website and external websites.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
  • Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
