Job Responsibilities

Intern will be spending an average 1.5 - 2 months in each areas.

Ticketing Operations

  • Assist and provide support to Ticketing Operations Manager on liaising with internal stakeholders such as ArtScience Museum, Attractions, Finance and Marketing.
  • Attend promptly to stakeholders’ requests with regards to tickets inventory and ensure that requirements are being catered for.
  • Generate daily and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis (Microsoft Excel)

Client Services

  • Responsible for data integrity by maintaining up to date records of event sales on a weekly basis.
  • Fulfil promoter's request to create promotion and monitor take up rate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, communication and ecommerce to ensure accuracy of event information.

Box Office

  • Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner as crowd controller in various box offices.
  • Assist in processing tickets for events and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis for efficiency and manpower planning.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
  • Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

  • Able to put customer experience as the top priority
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for small details
  • Willingness to learn and explore new grounds
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
