Job Description
- Handling and drafting of email correspondences.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Sort out letters and mails for distribution.
- Follow up on clients’ documents for submissions.
- Preparation of monthly performance reports, data entry.
- Preparation of meeting slides and minutes.
- Preparing PO, PR, RFQ, Part receive, Quotation, shipping and Purchase office supplies, stationery.
- Monthly compilation and filing of Company expenses, accounts.
- Hotel and flight booking arrangements.
- Work pass applications
- Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed.
- General administrative support Managers when is required.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
