Sales & Ops Executive

Marinsmart Global Service Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Ops Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating with the technical team for manpower deployment, and handling port, shipyard, and anchorage formalities for the team to board vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt and professional responses.
• Prepare quotations and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient and effective manpower deployment.
• Handle port, shipyard, and anchorage formalities for the technical team to board vessels.
• Arrange flights and travel accommodations for overseas jobs.
• Purchase spares and consumables in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
