Job Description:
• Assist the Customer Service team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support channels.
• Process orders accurately by checking, printing, scanning the Collection Order/ Delivery Order (CODO), matching with Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner by liaising with other
departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customers’ interactions and follow-up actions taken.
• Prepare monthly reports / consolidated figures as required by the Customer.
• Submission of daily collections to NEA e-tracking system.
• Coordinate with Transport department to arrange and schedule collection date and time.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 1 year of CS experience
