The Global Monetization Product & Technology team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.

We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology revolution in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product operations specialists who will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure success across key products and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data analysis related to Tiktok's overseas advertising creativity, establish related business data monitoring and early warning mechanism.
  • Build an advertising creativity analysis and diagnostic system, provide related business and product data analysis support, and output business suggestions.
  • Improve data infrastructure, based on different industries such as games, e-commerce, and short films, build creative label systems, crowd portrait capabilities, etc.
  • Understand business requirements, provide operational strategy support through data analysis, and form methodologies and standardization capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in statistics/computer/mathematics or related fields
  • Over 3 years of internet business data analysis experience, with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong English language skills, able to support daily internal and external business communication.

Preferred Qualification

  • Proficient in using data query and processing tools such as SQL/Python, and those with data modeling experience are preferred.
