Responsibilities:
- Ideating concepts and formats that are suitable for our channel
- Collaborating with other departments for branded projects
- In charge of scripting and storyboarding, and allocating tasks to assistant producers.
- Following company brand guidelines to ensure messaging is consistent with company guidelines/value/mission
- Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and sell.
- Working closely with assistant producer to schedule end-to-end production
- Gathering project study, information and knowledge from accessible resources
- Hiring, coordinating and overseeing crew members and supervising production workers
- Coordinating set designs and supervising the lighting and sound schemes
- Managing budget, assisting with budget sheet tracking and submission of invoice
- Communicating progress updates
- Introducing ideas, assisting in the development of concepts and decks
- Occasional editing of cutdown videos and designing of thumbnails
Requirements:
- Experience in producing short form content, ideally in a producing role
- Experience in project management
- Understanding of complexity, and demonstrable experience of problem solving
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to deal calmly, confidently and personably with people at all levels over the phone, via email, in person and on video-call, including being confident in managing expectations of stakeholders when required.
- Excellent administration skills and strong attention to detail
- Well versed in Adobe creative suite (Premiere Pro), Knowledge in After Effects is a plus
- Experience in designing works
- The ability to work on your own initiative, showing a proactive approach to work.
- The ability to prioritise in a busy and changeable working environment.
- A team player, supportive of colleagues and their roles across the department.
