Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the data analytics team to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions and improve company performance.
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies and frameworks to solve complex business problems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to identify data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by defining best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members to enhance their analytical and technical skills.
  • Present findings to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and visualization tools, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions, cloud platforms and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication across multilingual teams and stakeholders.
