Job Description:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead projects from concept to delivery by partnering with internal and external resources. Guide project teams throughout the process, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Client Coordination: Support the account manager in all aspects of client contact. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Project Management: Coordinate projects by managing budgets, timelines, and scope. Ensure that project objectives are achieved and that client needs are met satisfactorily.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and actively collaborate with various departments including R&D, logistics, technical development, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality. Facilitate seamless integration and cooperation among these departments to drive project success.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively across the project teams. Ensure that internal and external resources are utilized efficiently to meet project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that any issues are addressed promptly to keep the project on track.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance through regular status updates and reports. Adjust plans as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Work closely with the quality department to address any quality issues and implement improvements.

Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing.
• Experience in PCBA EMS or CM , plastic injection moulding and box build preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to European and other site locations as required.
