[Urgent] Customer Service Executive/ Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
• Perform customers' orders processing and ensure on time delivery
• Work closely with operation teams and coordinate shipping activities
• Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• With 2 - 3 years of customer service & shipping experience
