- Possess an existing clientele base and to generate new clientele
- Consult clients on their needs and build strong relationship with them
- Inspect works
- Conduct sales of artwork, whilst collaborating with the art sales team
- Curate and Promote stable of Artists
- The possibility of planning and hosting events, such as art exhibitions, to meet with prospective buyers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, as well as communicate and maintain good relations with the galleries, artists
- Sourcing art pieces to re-design the visual experience of workspaces
- Oversee all aspects of delivering the art collection, including art commissions and team liaison
- Schedule appointments and maintain communication with artists for exhibitions.
Operations
- Organize all art fairs and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Manage art works and art spaces
- Manage purchases of artwork and monitor art inventories
Skills and Knowledge
- Proven sales experience
- Motivated by sales targets, whilst also being able to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge on different forms of art and different artistic techniques
- Excellent sales, customer service and negotiation skills
- Staying up to date and knowledgeable of the latest market and art trends.
