Project Leadership & Oversight:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, execution, and closeout.
- Supervise and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and field teams to ensure project success.
- Provide strategic direction and make key decisions regarding project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget & Schedule Management:
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure that projects stay within scope and financial constraints.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Contract & Vendor Management:
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure the timely procurement of materials and resources to avoid delays.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, including safety, quality, and schedule.
Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Maintain effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project updates to clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, contract management, and scheduling.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
