  • Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project updates to clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, contract management, and scheduling.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and risk management.
