  • Engage in proactive lead generation, including cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings to secure new business prospects.
  • Represent the company's offerings at trade shows and industry events, showcasing expertise and services to potential clients.
  • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate and prompt quotations in response to client inquiries.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building/construction sector.
  • Prior experience in the construction, building, or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a clear and articulate approach.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-disciplined, and driven by results.
