What the role is:You are responsible for leading and managing a department in providing long-term and event-based analysis for SAF internal stakeholders.What you will be working on:On this, you direct and coordinate relevant target audience analysis, as well as the fusion and analysis of multi-source data to derive actionable insights that support MINDEF/SAF entities in developing reinforcing policies and actions to sustain SAF's Commitment to Defence. Your challenge lies in developing an adequate understanding of data collection and analysis methodologies to direct the department in adapting industry best practices for achieving fast-cycle and event-based collection, fusion, and analysis of internal stakeholder sentiments.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably a postgraduate degree in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Data Science, with at least 10 years' relevant experience in these fields. You must also be able to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex trade-offs.
