  • Manage and maintain the trade capture system - to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
  • Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
  • Process / issue invoices covering sales / purchases
  • Time permitting, hands on experience on back office / credit / operational matters
  • Other admin functions
Qualifications
  • Minimum A Level / Polytechnic Diploma
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, must be willing to learn
  • PC literate
  • Detailed orientated and meticulous
  • Team player
