What the role is:We are looking for resourceful and service-oriented individual to join the Operations & Facilities Management Department which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria.What you will be working on:You will play a key role in providing after-death care services and your job responsibilities include:
  • Oversee counter services operations for cremation, niche and general enquiries
  • Conduct niche inspections and manage niche records
  • Attend to public feedback and enquiries
  • Manage the rollout of systems and system enhancements for after-death services applications
  • Review work processes for frontline service counter and system applications for improvement
  • Assist supervisor with administrative duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for:Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to lead, interact and foster teamwork
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to handle adverse situations and difficult customers
  • Good problem-solving, writing and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, responsible and resourceful
  • Willing to work in an after-death care service environment
  • Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
