Job Responsibilities:
Handle all customer enquiries either face to face or through telephone at the counter
Assisting passengers in general wayfinding
Handling & administering of lost & found items
Administering of loan of amenities such as wheelchairs / baby stroller
Provide basic frontline car park service such as answering car park enquiries, parking redemption, basic troubleshoot for the redemptions
Provide Visitor Information on Singapore in regard to transport, accommodation, communication, places of interest
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
At least GCE” O” level with 1 year of customer service experience
Team player & able to work independently
Possess problem-solving skills
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 7am to 7pm / 8am to 8pm / 9am to 9pm
Salary up to $11 per hour
