We are a thriving sports and sporting goods trading company in Singapore and are looking for capable and enthusiastic Sourcing Specialists and Sourcing Managers worldwide to explore the wider market together.
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, supply chain management and other related majors.
More than 3 years of procurement management experience, including at least 2 years of sports and sporting goods procurement management experience, familiar with the international procurement market and trade rules.
Proficient in purchasing cost analysis, negotiation skills and supplier management, proficient in using advanced data analysis tools and purchasing modules in ERP system. Excellent contract management and risk management skills to effectively respond to complex procurement environments and issues.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning and decision making skills to lead the team to accomplish the company's procurement goals. Excellent communication and coordination skills and cross-functional collaboration ability, able to work effectively in a complex organizational structure. Possess good business sensitivity and market insight, able to adjust the procurement strategy in time according to market changes.
