Job Scope:

  • You will be responsible for the execution and administration of Performance Management cycles for staffs to support the overall human resource strategies.
  • This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of non-medical employees and other compensation related tasks for medical staff.
  • You will have opportunities to work hand in hand with stakeholders to learn and to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning.
  • You will also have opportunities to be involved in compensation related projects.

Requirements

  • Min Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Prior experience with performance management is an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
