HeLa Labs is a dynamic team focused on building transformative Web3 technology. Our mission is to create a secure layer 1 blockchain designed for real-world adoption. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Administration:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Review timesheets, payroll entries, and resolve discrepancies by liaising with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies.
- Handle payroll reporting and documentation, keeping records organized and up-to-date.
2. Human Resources:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to support the interview process.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Facilitate account setups, employee badges, and access to necessary systems.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist with the coordination of visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
3. Administrative Support:
Corporate Secretary Duties:
- Assist the corporate secretary in preparing documents, collecting signatures, and ensuring compliance with governance protocols.
- Maintain company records, including meeting minutes, compliance files, and regulatory submissions.
Documentation & Office Management:
- Organize, manage, and archive files and documents, both digital and physical.
- Support office operations by managing inventory of office supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR and payroll experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
