  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Person with the knowledge and skills to organize and supervise teams of technical staff for both field and laboratory sampling and testing of construction materials, namely soils, asphalt, steel and other materials as required.

Job Description

  • Supervision of the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Training of technical staff when required.
  • Identifying and reporting of any potential or real problems within the department.
  • Understanding requirements of international and Hong Kong Standards relevant to the department.
  • Verifying test results.
  • Compiling and/or checking of test reports before issuance.
  • Liaison with clients with regards to technical and logistical enquiries.
  • Identifying potential new areas of growth for the laboratory.
  • Ensure adherence to the company Quality System and HOKLAS/HKIAS requirements.
  • Assist in making the company a safe working environment.
  • Help promote the company throughout Hong Kong and the Region.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma or above in Physical and related disciplines
  • Experience as a senior member of a laboratory engaged in
  • Construction Materials Testing
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in supervision of materials testing operations Confident
  • Independent, responsible and self motivated
  • Comfortable in liaison with peers, customers and senior management
