Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, managing calendar and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take meeting minutes
- Arrange travel and accommodations, including processing travel expenses
- Assist with administrative duties, such as document preparation and data entry
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years as a PA or Secretary to senior management, ideally in a multinational company
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
