Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the sales department.
- Review, verify, and process invoices.
- Manage delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), invoices, and shipping advice.
- Assist both the sales and finance departments to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate payment disbursement.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing in the accounting system.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Relevant experience handling accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting is essential.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with colleagues from the China headquarters.
