Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the sales department.
  • Review, verify, and process invoices.
  • Manage delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), invoices, and shipping advice.
  • Assist both the sales and finance departments to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
  • Oversee and ensure timely and accurate payment disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing in the accounting system.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant experience handling accounts receivable or accounts payable.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting is essential.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with colleagues from the China headquarters.
