Cloud Engineer (Agency contract)

About the Client:

Responsibilities:

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of underlying cloud services, including but not limited to AWS, Azure
• Developing scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerts, ensuring a robust, redundant, scalable 100% uptime infrastructure.
• Analyze security threats and applicability to customer environments.
• Triage and resolve technical and user issues.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Experience with SaaS implementation and integration for data capturing and archiving solution such as Global Relay, Behavox, NICE nTRX, Telemessage and LeapExper are mandotary.
• Scripting and automation skills such as PowerShell.
