- Plan, organize and control project operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities
- Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, projects supervision, feed-back variation at site, as-built work done at site, and prepare reports
- Liaise with client’s representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and authorities regulations are complied with
- Implementation of cost, quality, productivity, safety and health control on site
- Able to conduct site meeting, plan ahead and resolve ad-hoc issue raise at site.
